Eva Feldkamp is a consultant and strategist focussing on social, humanitarian and cultural projects. Driven by the belief that the world is in great need for change, she is enthusiastic about having a positive influence.

Through her career as a designer she has always been on the search for purpose. After more than a decade working with leading design studios in London, she founded All in Awe to give charities and non-profits access to creative professionals without the traditional overheads associated with large agencies.

Previously, Eva led the interiors team at Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio, delivering large scale projects in Europe, Australia and Japan. Projects included restaurants, bars and residential schemes including an extensive portfolio of micro living projects in the Nordics. Prior to Tom Dixon, she worked with Ilse Crawford at her multidisciplinary practice Studioilse. Whilst designing projects across private residential and commercial sectors, she here most memorably collaborated with the mental health charity Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families to design and deliver a new centre.

Born in Germany and based in London, Eva holds an MA/Diploma in Product and Process Design from The Berlin University of the Arts and studied at Design Academy Eindhoven in design departments Man+Living and Man+Well-Being. With fellow designer Laetitia de Allegri, she established product design studio de Allegri/Feldkamp developing a range of furniture and accessories. Eva worked with Philippe Malouin on both his product and interior design studios during early years of transformative change and growth.

Through her work as volunteer mentor with Friendship Works, Independent Age and as visiting practitioner to Chelsea College of Arts, she has helped children, young and older people transform their wellbeing through conversations, mentorship and workshops.

With a passion for diversity, making a difference and helping people reach their full potential, Eva is applying her experience in design and leadership to projects that empower the ones who need it most. Find out more via All in Awe.

Awe is what we feel when we are exposed to the immense beauty in the world, in society or in our environment. Yet when faced with the great issues and challenges, devastating disasters and inequality, it too leaves us in awe. An overwhelming feeling of the good and the shock. All in Awe is about finding the awe-inspiring beauty of the collective human spirit, it’s about how we can together find the solutions that we need to overcome the challenges we really face in the world.
