SUITCASE CENTRE MEMBRANE LEATHER

The piece shows its skeleton. The frame, that is shaping the suitcase and making it stable, is exposed. The membrane in the very centre of the construction shows every single object, packed in the suitcase. The volume is being defined just by the filling itself, while the frame sketches its classic dimensions.

Suitcase Centre Membrane Leather was on show at DMY International Design Festival Berlin 2012 - from June 6 to 10, 2012, at Berlin’s decommissioned Tempelhof Airport, Hangar 4 #8.
